- Ker d’Or - a beautiful seaside villa, quietly placed within a short walk of the beach at St. Enogat, Dinard.
Kerdeven is only about an hour and a half drive from the ferry ports of Roscoff and St. Malo and also the airport at Dinard. This beautiful area is an ideal destination for holidays, both for families and friends. It is extremely well served by the road network and you will find the area has many opportunities for leisure and cultural pursuits. These include cycling, horse-riding, fishing, swimming, sailing, canoeing tennis and walking. The Lac de Guerledan, only 10 minutes away, has beautiful beaches and provides a wide range of water sports. The smaller leisure lake at Glomel has a sandy beach, sailing and at the most remote end is valued by fishermen for its pike, bream, perch, zander and more. The nearby Nantes/Brest Canal, with its’ recreational tow path and chutes at the locks for canoes, is also valued for its’ leisure opportunities including fishing. The nearby market town of Rostrenen is well served with supermarkets, shops, banks and restaurants and you are only an hours drive from the coast, so day trips are easily accomplished.
Ker d’Or. Situated in St. Enogat on the outskirts of Dinard, Ker d’Or is only a short drive from Dinard Airport at nearby Pleurtuit and the ferry port of St. Malo. This lovely seaside villa is detached and surrounded on all sides by its’ own garden. Despite being within a short walk of the truly beautiful beach and close to local shops and restaurants, it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of seaside life. The garden is completely fenced with double entrance gates behind which there is parking for up to 3 cars.
