Ker d’Or is peacefully situated only a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach at St. Enogat. 

 Double entrance gates lead to off road parking for 2 or 3 cars if this is required. There is also a garage in the basement where bicycles, surf boards etc can be stored in safety. The garden of the house is screened well with fencing and shrubs, an ideal place to relax. There is garden furniture and a barbecue for your very own ‘soiree,’ or eat at one of the charming restaurants only a few minutes walk down the road.

Steps lead up to the front door which opens into a spacious hallway. There is a lounge/diner with comfortable seating. The dining table seats 8. From this room patio doors lead onto a balcony where you can ‘watch the world go by.’ There is English satellite TV, including FM radio. The kitchen has a full size oven and hob with 4 rings, a fridge, freezer, microwave and all else you need for a comfortable stay. The washing machine is in the basement. There is central heating for off-season stays and a multi fuel stove for those chilly evenings.

There are 2 twin rooms and family bathroom on the same level as the kitchen and living room.  The bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower cubicle as well as a wash hand basin and WC.  Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, each with its’ own en suite shower room.  All bedrooms have suitable storage and bedside lights.
