| The Stables - this lovely property is ideal
for 2 couples, each with 2 children, and is particularly suitable for
families with young children as there are no stairs! The Stables has been
tastefully restored, keeping as many original features as possible to
retain its' character' yet all the home comforts have been added to ensure
a relaxing holiday. The large living/dining area has beautiful terracotta
tiles, leaded light windows and large patio doors overlooking the safely
fenced koi carp pond .Walk straight out of your kitchen door onto your
private lawn with barbeque and granite table with garden chairs, and to
the side of the property are two washing lines for your sole use.

| The country pine kitchen has a colourful
leaded light window , fridge, gas cooker, microwave, toaster and electric
coffee maker, plus a large farmhouse table to seat 8. A separate utility
room houses the washing machine, ironing board etc., and the bathroom has
a bath, separate shower w.c.and vanity unit hand basin. This also has a
lovely coloured window as does the short corridor, through which you will
find the two double bedrooms and one larger room with two sets of bunk
beds. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, drawers and lamps. |

| For your comfort, we have installed a
ceiling fan over the dining table, and in the living area, you have
satellite t.v. and a radio/c.d. player, alongside a bookcase full of books
and games. Together with central heating for the low season, we have endeavored
to incorporate everything you need for a relaxing holiday to remember. |
